They specialize in truffles…need i say more about how expensive the meal was. We dined on scrambled eggs with truffles, green salad and an asparagus flan. The wine: Viellea Julien 2001 Chateauneuf-de-pape.
The meal was worth every penny…
Amazing day of wine tasting. First stop: Domaine de Trevallon for a private sip of their 2008 and 2001 in the cellar amongst the barrels.
